Track your progress

In order to make improvements, you must go through a process of progression. This could look like:

  • increase in repetitions and in weights
  • change in exercise tempo
  • alterations in movement etc.

When you click on an exercise from the library, there will be an option to track repetitions, weight, time and add notes. You can then look back at a future date to see what you did so you make sure you keep progressing.


Add on a Consultation Session

If you would like me to create you a personal program, I would love to meet you. With a video consultation, we can discuss your goals, assess your movement and limitations, and I’ll be here to answer all your questions.

I will then create you an individualised program on my app and website. You’ll have complete clarity of what you need to do.


Access everything on the web and through my app

Once you subscribe to a membership you will be invited to download my app. You’ll also have access to everything through a web portal with your own login to your own dashboard.

You’ll be able to access the exercise library through the ‘Programs’ tab. Then you’ll be able to select the body part you would like to focus on. You’ll be able to click on each exercise, follow along with my video demonstrations, and keep notes of your reps and weights and so on.

If you have had a consultation with me, the plan I have created for you will also be under the ‘Programs’ tab.
