What happens after I click to subscribe?

The ‘Subscribe’ button will take you to the secure payment platform ‘Stripe’.

You’ll then get directed to a confirmation of your payment, a form to input your email address, and an invitation to download the app.

You’ll then receive an email with the login and app details, so you can already have access to your own portal.

Can I stop my membership and stop my payments

Yes, of course. You can stop your monthly payments at any time. Your access to the program will continue till the end of your payment period.

Go to the Stripe portal at:
billing.stripe.com/p/login/28odSJ3wHb507ugaEE
and log in with the email address you used to set up the payment.

Do you give trial periods or refunds?

Your first month’s membership comes with a 7-day free trial.

What if I cancel or miss a consultation?

Here’s my cancellation policy:

No refunds are available for cancellations under 24 hours. This includes sessions which are part of your package.

If more than 24 hours notice has been given, I will save this session for you to use at another time. If you cancel your subscription before you use the session, the session will not be refunded.
