Chloe’s Story
Originally from Scotland, Chloe moved to London after gaining her university degree in Physiotherapy. She began working in a boutique health club in Notting Hill, became a Level 3 Personal Trainer and gym class instructor.
Due to her background in injury rehabilitation and detailed knowledge of anatomy and biomechanics, members wanted to train with her to get that extra confidence in their health and fitness journey. Their goals ranged from:
- returning to competitive sport
- bodybuilding
- weight-loss or body acceptance
- continuing their gym routine whilst managing an injury
- extensive post-surgery rehabilitation
Chloe’s Perspective
My favourite thing is taking someone who’s lost faith in their fitness, and then make them better than before.
I understand how debilitating pain can be, and it’s so easy to let it consume every aspect of your life. But I also know the effect even the tiniest bit of exercise can have, not only physically but mentally. I love being that support for people, whether it’s to simply get you back on your feet or whether you want do back flips and triathlons.
You can still train and get to a high level of fitness whilst managing your injury. Do you need to be careful? Yes, and that’s where I can help.
