The beginning of your physiotherapy-and-fitness program
I want to make sure that I have a complete picture of your past, present, and can therefore plan for your future. We are going to work together to ensure your personal physiotherapy and fitness journey is going the be the best it possibly can be.

What happens next?
When you book a time, you’ll also be directed to make a payment through secure payment platform ‘Stripe’. You’ll then receive email confirmations, and I will email you a link for our video call (no need to download any apps). Then we’re all ready for our meeting!
What happens during the consultation?
To understand exactly what you need, I will ask you lots and lots and lots of questions. I will also ask you do different movements to pinpoint what your limitations may be. By the end of our call, I will be ready to formulate a plan specifically for you.
