Step 3: Would you like a consultation with me?

If you would like me to create you a personal program, I would love to meet you. With a video consultation, we can discuss your goals, assess your movement and limitations, and I’ll be here to answer all your questions.

I will then create you an individualised program on my app and website. You’ll have complete clarity of what you need to do.

I am a Physiotherapist and a Personal Trainer based in West London. I work in a boutique gym as well as treating clients from their homes.

I train people who want to protect their bodies, rehabilitate injuries or exercise around a health condition. You can still get strong and fit without compromising your muscles and joints.
